Qualifications, Experience and Attributes 

• A relevant Degree in Engineering
• Project management skills (PRINCE2)
• At least 6 years’ experience in generation or heavy industry
• Technical and analytical skills Strategic orientation

Key Responsibilities 

• Develops project management framework and determines key resources requirements
• Prepares and manages project budget
• Participates in the tendering process, adjudication and recommendations for award
• Develops agreed project outcomes and deliverables
• Monitors project implementation and generates progress reports
• Ensures health and safety rules are observed at the site
• Conducts detailed review of the projects
• Leads and motivates project teams
• Develops a programme for handing over the project to operations
