Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

A relevant Degree in Engineering
Project management skills (PRINCE2)
At least 6 years’ experience in generation or heavy industry
Technical and analytical skills Strategic orientation

Key Responsibilities

Develops project management framework and determines key resources requirements
Prepares and manages project budget
Participates in the tendering process, adjudication and recommendations for award
Develops agreed project outcomes and deliverables
Monitors project implementation and generates progress reports
Ensures health and safety rules are observed at the site
Conducts detailed review of the projects
Leads and motivates project teams
Develops a programme for handing over the project to operations
