Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex project finance, infrastructure, and M&A advisory engagements.
- Originate and structure bankable public and private sector projects.
- Develop financial models, valuations, feasibility studies, and investment cases.
- Advise on financing structures and capital-raising solutions.
- Engage with funders, DFIs, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or Engineering.
- Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA) or Master’s degree in Finance/Economics is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at Senior Analyst level or above in Corporate or Project Finance.
