Qualifications, Experience and Attributes 
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Full C.I.S, CA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
• 5 years relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting environment.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution e.g. C.I.S, CIMA, ACCA
• Previous experience in projects accounts and contracts management (EPC contracts) an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Produces accurate management reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
• Conducts Invoice matching and initiating payments runs
• Prepares Creditors Ageing creditors’ statements.
• Posts RTGS, cheque payments and other cash book payments into the system.
• Prepares funding requests and usage returns and costs payroll.
• Prepares monthly cash flow statements (Cash paid / Cash Received Report)
• Processes invoices in SAP and effects payments to suppliers
• Ensures compliance to Finance Guidelines
