Reporting to the Executive Director and based in Harare, the position will be responsible for the following: Manage all programmes, training and capacity building functions of the institution; Provide support to related service providers and implementing partners; Coordination and preparation of periodic reports; Membership recruitment, retention and membership database maintenance; Representing the organisation in various stakeholders meetings at senior level; Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Studies or any strongly commercial degree; A Master degree will be an added advantage; Minimum 3 years’ progressively more responsible experience planning and managing multiple mission-driven programs
