Key Responsibilities

• Installation of drainage pipes and maintenance of raw water pipelines.
• Repair leaks, burst pipes, and faulty valves to prevent water loss and maintain efficiency.
• Installation and repair of domestic and sewer water lines.
• Maintain and repair sewer reticulation systems to ensure proper waste disposal.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent blockages, contamination, or environmental hazards.
• Fit and repair sanitation fixtures such as toilets, showers, and sinks in mine facilities.
• Comply with SHEQ standards in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards as well as other relevant legal frameworks.

Requirements

• Journeyman Class 2 Certificate in Plumbing
• A minimum of 3 O level passes.
• A minimum of 3 years traceable experience in a competent organization
• Physical fitness.
