PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVES (HARARE AND BULAWAYO BRANCHES)

Tsapo Group of Companies is seeking to employ Parts Sales Representatives for Massbreed Investments (Pvt) Ltd T/A FAW Zimbabwe Strategic Business Units in Harare and Bulawayo.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

2. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.

3. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

5. Achieve or surpass the agreed sales targets within specified time frames.

6. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Qualifications And Experience

1. A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.

2. Two years experience as a Sales Representative.

3. Vehicle parts knowledge is an added advantage.

4. A clean class 4 Driver’s licence A MUST with proof of retest or valid defensive driving certificate.

5. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

6. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
