Zimbabwe’s Leading Online Payments Organization is looking for an Operations Analyst to assist the Operations Lead to manage the efficient operation of all Fintech Systems and provide technical expertise on platforms and functionality, customer perspective and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Systems operations control
• Incident Management
• Merchant Administration
• Payments Administration
• Procedure Administration

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Business Administration or similar qualification
• 2 to 4 years relevant experience in Financial Business Operations

Person specification
• Self-directed and highly motivated with very good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to plan a week ahead
• Detail oriented
• Analytical ability
• Ability to understand operational issues
• Computer Literate.
