NATIONAL MAINTAINANCE PLANNER – Baker’S Inn

Key Responsibilities

• Plan weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules across all plants.
• Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance aligned to OEM standards.
• Analyse breakdown data, identify root causes, and reduce repeat failures and downtime.
• Coordinate shutdowns, overhauls, and major repairs with Production and Operations teams.
• Plan spare parts requirements, standardise spares, and minimise stock-outs and emergency buys.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records, job cards, equipment registers, and maintenance history.
• Compile maintenance reports and track KPIs.
• Coordinate plant engineers, supervisors, stores, procurement, and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with SHE, food safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance planning, preferably in FMCG or food processing.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment, preventive maintenance systems, and spare parts management.
• Proficiency in CMMS, Excel, and maintenance reporting tools.
• Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and regions.
