Objective: To lead the implementation of Primary Health activities carried out by Wild4life Program

Background
The Wild4Life program, housed within the administrative infrastructure of Pangaea Zimbabwe AIDS Trust, is embarking on an ambitious strategy to scale-up operations in Zimbabwe to additional districts in the Matabeleland Province, and ultimately to other districts throughout the country, focusing on improving the quality of primary health care through resilient health systems. The Wild4Life program focuses on building capacity for health facilities and communities to improve health outcomes among rural populations through integrated mentorship targeting multidisciplinary facility teams, community health workers and health centre committees, integrated outreaches to hard to reach areas, implementation of differentiated service delivery models and application of continuous quality improvement tools and techniques.
Expected Deliverables
To monitor and evaluate the entire on-going project activities and conduct impact studies across the field area (Hwange, Binga and Lupane). Function as a resource person in the analysis of work done and provide recommendations. Develop participatory monitoring and evaluation of on-going activities; Develop logical frameworks for program components to be implemented; Collect progress data from both clinical and community sections and compile it in a standard format and produce all quarterly progress reports including assist program officers to produce annual progress report to donors; Lead in conducting internal monitoring and evaluation reports on a timely basis (annual reviews and other reports); Manage the Wild4Life database ensuring that all files are uploaded on time, queries run and reports produced for use by program officers; Provide technical support to project staff in conducting research and surveys, and evaluation of the project activities. Identify and arrange training courses and develop inputs for monitoring & evaluation staff; Arrange monthly or quarterly progress review meetings with different sections heads; Assist program officers and provide field data to write project proposals; Develop a checklist for monitoring activities; and conduct process monitoring of ongoing
activities; Design and develop monitoring and evaluation systems and holistic database for all the baseline and impact surveys and results drawn from the surveys at the field level; Monitor and evaluate the effects of ongoing programs. This should be done using the logical framework analysis and other reporting indicators as a reference point; Develop operational research tools for data collection as needed; Any other duties as may be assigned by the Program Director
