Key Responsibilities

• Ensure distribution targets are achieved and monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs and overstocks.
• Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of products.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation standards.
• Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns and ensure effective deployment of POS materials and branding tools.
• Monitor sales performance, outlet coverage, product visibility, and merchandising compliance across assigned territories.
• Analyse sales trends and implement corrective actions to drive volume and revenue growth.
• Ensure product displays, shelf share, and pricing visibility align with company merchandising standards.
• Oversee the execution of in-store promotions and brand activations.
• Supervise and coach Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, conduct field visits, and support team development to improve productivity and performance as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in FMCG distribution or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in sales tracking and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
