Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to join our team. He will be responsible for working on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to manufacturing, installation, and evaluation.
Duties And Responsibilities
The incumbent shall provide engineering leadership support through the implementation of appropriate maintenance strategies and efficient project management methods to ensure optimum productivity and plant performance.
Qualifications And Experience
Job requirements
• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a reputable institution
• At least 1 year experience in service and/or as trainee within a heavy manufacturing or process industry
• Proficiency in engineering software including Auto CAD and Microsoft project
• Knowledge of statistical process control
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 in relation to the design and manufacturing industry
• Ability to read and interpret user manuals.
• Sound engineering analytical skills as related to maintenance and asset management
• A team player with good communication skills
