Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and profitability of the Microfinance Bank and drive sustainable expansion of the loan portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention and growth across targeted market segments.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative microfinance products and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure strong portfolio quality through effective credit management, collections, risk management and portfolio monitoring.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in banking, microfinance or financial services.
- At least 5 years’ experience at senior management or executive level.
- Proven track record in business growth, lending, portfolio management, credit risk, financial performance and people leadership.
