Outputs / Key Deliverables

1. Provide exceptional customer services to customers visiting the lounge 2. Ensure clean food and beverage service 3. Ensure cleanliness of equipment , utensils of use in the lounge and its environs 4. Ensure service providers to the lounge maintain service level agreements 5. Provide customers with relevant information pertaining to flight boarding and departure times 6. Provide customers with information pertaining to SAA Voyager programme and other products and services

Key Requirements/Competencies, Skills and Experience

Minimum of High School CertificateIATA qualification is an added advantage Fluency in EnglishCustomer orientation, empathetic and good communicatorAccountable, Responsible and CommittedAssertive, Self-Aware and positive attitude
