Junior Administrator/Finance Clerk
Reporting Structure
You will be reporting directly to the Director must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. You will be interacting with Employees, International and Local Consultants & Clients.
Job Description:
• Keep records of financial transactions for company Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in journals or computer files from documents, such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and pamyslips
• Reconcile and balance accounts
• Compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business
• Calculate employee wages. Ensure calculation of wages includes accurate accounting of taxes and contributions
• Keep track of employee leave days
• Manage & Pay Statutory requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Ability To Perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to Record/ Report / Control
• Able to use Pastel
• Administrative skills
Education
• Any Relevant Finance or Administration Qualification. Preferably accounting
