IT Support Technician –  We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical support to our clients. Incumbent must be able to provide technical support in a timely manner as the first res-ponder to client queries. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role. Ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written skills, well presented, very organised and have superior customer service focus. Incumbent will value teamwork and have a high level of analytical and conceptual ability. Ideal candidate will have an IT degree / Sales and Marketing Degree. Please note this is a NIGHT SHIFT JOB.
