Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Projects and Business Analysis Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following, among others:

Establishing and maintaining liaison relationship with business partners and IS&DS in order to provide effective technical solutions.
Formulating business concepts and FSDs.
Facilitating communication of technical information to a non-technical audience and business information to a technical audience.
Leading development and communicating business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions.
Analysing client operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
Leading the assessment of client needs utilizing a structured requirements process to prioritize immediate business needs and recommends options, risks, and cost vs. benefits.
Conducting feasibility studies and drafting proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers.
Monitoring testing processes to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk and comply with business requirements.
Keeping clients informed of problems, issues, and resolutions and analysing performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

Knowledge of business analysis, banking technologies, banking systems, project management.
Analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology.
