Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare clear, concise, and insightful audit reports for Senior Management, highlighting findings and providing practical, actionable recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
• Partner with departmental heads and key stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve workflow efficiency and control environments.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness and safeguard organisational assets.
• Support the organisation in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Requirements

• A Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate AI-driven tools to solve complex business problems.
• A minimum of 3 years’ post-training experience in a similar role.
• A clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence is a must.
