Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. If you’re organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain and update financial data in accounting systems.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to support audits and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least a Diploma in Accounting.
• A degree in Accounting will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience with an accounting package (experience with Pastel is highly desirable).
• High computer literacy.
• The ability to work long hours and perform effectively under pressure.
