Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve employee support requests.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and related ICT equipment.
- Support local area networks, wireless connectivity and communication systems.
- Support CCTV, access control and other network-based security systems.
- Maintain ICT asset registers and conduct preventive maintenance across sites.
Requirements
- Diploma, HND or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in ICT technical support or infrastructure support.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and structured cabling.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco or MikroTik certification is an added advantage.
