Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of I.C.T personnel to ensure that set performance targets are achieved.
• Maintenance of the I.C.T Standards for computer systems access control and security in line with company policies and procedures.
• Regular implementation of housekeeping procedures, including scheduled and manual data backups.
• Research and advisory services on emerging technologies.
• Provision of Client-support Services.
• Electronic records management.

Requirements

• A Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or Equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution plus at least 5 years post graduate experience, 2 years of which should have been in a supervisory role.
• Administration of server-side technology and networked (wired, wireless, switching, security and routing) computing systems.
• Managing and administration of Microsoft 365 products, Windows Servers, Exchange Online in a virtualized environment.
• Hands on experience on ERP Technical Modules equivalent to SAP Workflow, Security, ABAO, BI, Basis.
• Experience with IP based CCTV Surveillance and Monitoring.
• Familiarity with Data Protection and Cybersecurity Act.
• Strong client-focus and genuine desire to work with people.
• Working knowledge of safety management systems, preferably with exposure to the NOSA SHE System.
• Holder of a clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
