Vacancy Notice: Graduate Trainees
MSCZ is inviting applications from highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to equip recent graduates with practical skills, industry exposure, and professional development in a mission driven environment. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands on experience and professional mentorship in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Data capture and maintaining all financial records
- Stores management
- Implementation of Accounting standards
- Assisting with audits
- Budget tracking
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms and implement marketing strategies
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising activities
- Support donor engagement initiatives.
- Assist in income generating projects
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (obtained within the last 2 years)
- Proficiency in Pastel accounting and Microsoft office
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Below the age of 28
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & PR Media and communications, or a related field (obtained within the last 2 years)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Basic graphic design skills
- Understanding of fundraising principles and donor relations
- High level of creativity and initiative
- Below the age of 28
