Graduate Trainee – Marketing
Reporting to the Group Digital Marketing Officer, the training will capacitate the individual to be able to perform key tasks as highlighted below:
1. Executing planned schedules of activity across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and other platforms to expand the group social media audience base.
2. Develop engaging online content including forums, videos, graphics, blogs as well as monitor and analyze content success.
3. Execute a regular schedule of email marketing activity, informing and growing the client base with engaging and relevant content.
4. Tracking marketing campaign growth and return on investment for marketing campaigns against performance.
5. Assist in driving traffic to track and analyze company pages traffic flow, providing regular internal reports and work on printed material to supplement online products.
6. Act as a digital champion internally within the organization, communicating and educating on digital strategy across departments and business units.
7. Collect and evaluate customer feedback data to enhance the customer experience and optimize conversions.
Preferred educational; experience; skills and competencies:
• A Business Management Degree in Marketing; or related field (minimum 2:1 pass).
• Minimum 1 year experience (attachment) in the Marketing field.
• Positive attitude and actively contributes to achieving team results.
• Skills in graphic design; website design; & social media management.
• Must be results driven and goal oriented
