Grant Thornton Zimbabwe, a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm, is hiring for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues (on-site and remote).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure a secure environment.
• Monitor endpoint protection (Antivirus/EDR) and assist in responding to basic security alerts or phishing attempts.
• Assist in managing backup systems and ensuring data recovery protocols are functioning correctly.
• Configure and deploy secure workstations, ensuring all devices meet the company’s cybersecurity hardening standards.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of assets and document resolution steps in the ticketing system.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ (Foundational hardware/software), CompTIA Network+ or Security+ (to support the cyber-focus), Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (optional but highly valued)
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
