GENERAL MANAGER

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulates short, medium and long- term action plans and targets for the organisation in line with the organisation’s overall strategy and the defined vision, mission in and objectives of the organisation.

• Leads the translation of the organisational strategy into appropriate operational metrics, monitors delivery and institutes remedial action where necessary.
• Ensures compliance to organisation policies, governance guidelines and all relevan, statutes.
• Manages the business planning and financial forecasting cycles for the organisation.
• Monitors budget performance and variance and initiates corrective action.

Qualifications and Experience
• Commercial or flitting related degree
• Post graduate/Master’s degree
•A relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
• 15 years relevant experience leading at a Senior Managerial level
