escrow group (group members: zimx, corpserve, FINSEC, escrow fintech, efs registrars) We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade applications and system integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the full technology stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Experience with financial messaging standards and communication protocols is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using multiple programming languages across the full technology stack (front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs).
Customize and configure system menus, modules, and applications according to business requirements.
Provide technical support during and after business operations, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations with core systems and third-party applications.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance optimization for systems and applications.
Research, design, and contribute to the development of new systems and solutions to automate manual processes and procedures.
Deliver technical support to internal and external clients as required.
Demonstrate experience in developing Web Services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs, and writing robust, fault-tolerant code.
Work with financial messaging protocols such as FIX, FAST, SWIFT, ISO 15022/20022, and related standards.
Work with communication and integration protocols such as SMPP, TCP/IP, Message Queues, FTP, SFTP, and related technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in full stack software development.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Java, C#, Python, Node.js, or similar.
Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams under high-pressure environments.
Demonstrated adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and commitment to best practices.
