Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports and management accounts
- Oversight of tax computations and timely submission of tax returns
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of financial controls and governance frameworks
- Oversight of internal audit processes and risk management
- Coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities
- Management of treasury functions and working capital optimisation
- Capital planning and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) essential
- 5-10 years’ finance experience, with at least 3 years in PGM mining
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting in operations
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP / Dynamic 365) and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of regulatory and audit requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience
