About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage all financial activities of our organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

• Perform profit and loss analysis and reporting

• Handle account reconciliation and financial compliance

• Provide strategic guidance on financial performance and risk management

• Ensure all financial operations align with local laws and regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance

• Construction industry experience is a strong advantage
