QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and an internationally recognized professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or equivalent
• MBA/MBL or post qualification is a requirement
• Membership in an internationally recognized professional Accounting body
• Minimum of 10yrs experience of which at least 5yrs should be in a leadership position in an NGO environment
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems, exercising the highest level of responsibility in handling confidential and sensitive issues in a mature manner and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, high ethical standards and impeccable integrity
