About the role
The role works within the Business Administration role family in the International Department. The role is based in Harare, Zimbabwe and is key in supporting effective systems and processes that enable the workgroup to meet its operational objective. The delivery areas for this role are to support the finance function by inputting financial data, preparing financial documentation, collation of finance information and preparation of office and donor financial reports.
About you
You will be educated to Diploma level as a minimum in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years working experience in finance and administration. You will have sound knowledge of operational and internal control systems. You will have experience of using computerized financial reporting tools and office programmes including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. You will have ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support to enable the smooth Zimbabwe programme. Finally, you will have written and spoken ability of English and Shona or Ndebele.

The suitable candidate for this role should able to start immediately. This is a fixed term contract of 2.5 years, renewable annually depending on funding and performance.
