(Farmer/Producer Group Development & Marketing Facilitator): Local NGO

A local NGO is seeking to fill these positions. These are fixed term contracts for a period of 6 months. Field Officers’ position are based in the rural areas and one must be willing to stay within the communities.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least a diploma in agriculture;
• At least 3 years experience in a rural based development projects;
• Working experience in capacity building of smallholder, medium and progressive rural farmers.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Valid Motor Bike License a must.
