Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and supper meals according to planned menus
- Prepare meals suitable for patients with different dietary requirements, where required
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard
- Maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Follow portion control and minimise food wastage
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development

Requirements
