• Candidates should be between the ages of 25 and 40 years
• Have a minimum of first degree in Social Sciences or related field
• Have the ability to communicate with both employers and employees at all levels
• Be conversant with Job Evaluation methods and techniques
• Have Conciliation and Arbitration Experience
• Be physically and mentally fit
• Be fluent in major Zimbabwean Languages
• Arbitration qualification and experience will be a requisite for this job
