CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST WANTED X2 2662 views

Reporting to the Client Services Managers;

Responsibilities will Include:
1. Effective claims investigation to ensure efficient client compensation for all liabilities.
2. Claims registration, analysis, reserving and processing in line with set parameters and service deliverables.
3. Championing the identification, implementation of claims subrogation and salvage recoveries.
4. Claims query resolution in line with the set legal requirements, industry regulations and customer experience standards.
5. Perform any other relevant duties assigned from time to time.

The ideal position holder should possess the following competencies, skills & experience:
* A Degree in Insurance.
* Partial or complete insurance professional qualification.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
* Meticulous attention to detail and possess an analytical, investigative flair.
* Be a strong team player with exceptional inter personal skills.
* Be thorough, diligent and able to demonstrate high levels of integrity.
