Client Service Representative

RECRUITMENT FOR CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our client in the health sector is looking for a Client Services Representative

The incumbent will report to the Client Service Manager and will perform the following duties among others

• Attends to enquiries and queries from clients and agents relating to claims, benefits and products• Carries out local pre-authorisations for members • Markets the Company’s products to prospective walk in clients and through the email and telephone • Conducts presentations to Companies and participates in corporate events • Visit members in hospital

Qualifications and Experience

• Five Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics
• At least two Advanced Level passes
• A diploma in marketing or a related qualification is an added advantage
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate
