Civil Engineer
Qualifications
• A Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years post qualification experience in Local Government
• Must be 30 years and above Citizen of Zimbabwe
• Clean record of service within the local government fraternity
Duties and Responsibilities
• Urban infrastructure (water, roads sewerage disposal) maintenance and design.
• Preparation and drafting of residential, business centre, rural service centre layouts.
• Preparation of site plans for different land uses.
• Prepare Council development plans.
• Carry out development plans.
• Carry out development control activities and their enforcement.
• Rural road maintenance. Building construction and inspectorate.
• Details of salaries and benefits will be revealed to short listed candidates.
