CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER & FINANCE DIRECTOR

ZSE Holdings is seeking an exceptional Chief Finance Officer & Finance Director to build a forward-looking finance function for a changing capital-markets group.

This is not a role centred only on historical reporting. This is a Board-level appointment: the CFO & Finance Director sits as an ex-officio member of the ZSEH Board, and will develop and own the Group’s financial strategy, not simply report on it.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will turn financial and operating data into decisions, strengthen forecasting and cash discipline, challenge the business commercially, improve management information and provide the Group CEO and Boards with a clear view of performance, risks and choices.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a Finance/Accounting degree and CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, with at least seven years’ relevant experience, including substantial senior finance responsibility. Experience in financial services, capital markets or another regulated environment is advantageous.
  • We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader with strong controls, judgment, analytical depth and the confidence to challenge constructively, with demonstrated experience in group consolidation, financing, capital allocation, board accountability and finance transformation.
