Job Summary

BancABC is looking for an innovative and disruptive, young out of box thinker to join our world-class 2023 Chartered Accountant Traineeship Program. Prospective candidates must be self-driven, extremely motivated and prepared to work in a high-paced disruptive environment while studying for their professional qualification.
Because our trainees will become an integral part of our finance function, the BancABC training programme will expose you to the finance industry and include support structures focused on your development, both personally and professionally.
The successful candidate is expected to become a part of the bank’s digital transformation agenda and support the delivery of leading fintech (financial technology) solutions across various markets. The successful candidate is expected to undergo a 3 Year intensive training program.

Qualifying criteria:
• At least a 2.1 (upper second) in B. Com Accounting with CTA or equivalent Degree
• Must be 25 years old or younger
