Many Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Leader Career Services, the Career Counsellor is responsible for: Providing online career counseling and guidance to assigned clients looking for the perfect careers on commission based; Providing one on one and group career counseling and guidance to clients looking for the perfect careers on commission based; Signing up of clients for career counselling and soft skills trainings; Carrying out outreach programs in line with career counselling; Conduct soft and life skills trainings to young people; Ensuring documentation of activities and submission of progress reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Qualifications
Successful applicants must be a holder of diploma or degree in social sciences or related fields and should have graduated from a recognised institute. Previous experience in a similar role is a added advantage. Reliable internet access is a must. Women are encouraged to apply.
