Call Centre Supervisor

Job Brief We are looking for a competent Call Centre Supervisor to organize and direct the staff of our call centre.
You will be responsible for assessing their work and give them feedback to maximize performance.

Key Result Areas

  • Developing statistical analysis tools for Call Centre staff and providing coaching to ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Formulating and implementing sales strategies that optimize high customer retention.
  • Ability to measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
  • Compile monthly/annual call centre results and performance reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Call Centre Supervisor or similar supervisory position and experience in customer service is essential.
  • Exquisite communication/people skills and proficient in English with good knowledge of additional languages as a definite plus.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/English and Communications Skills/Linguistics or any other related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Call Centre Supervisor.
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
  • The incumbent must possess outstanding negotiation abilities, be results-oriented, have excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines when working under pressure.
