We are looking for a Business Development Associate (Sales & Marketing) to join our team. The Business Development Associate will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for a range of tasks. Operations related task will mainly consist of assist with the development of operating processes and corporate culture. Business Development related tasks will include the following:

• Planning a range of sales and marketing events;
• Producing data driven sales reports;
• Revising and managing our client data base;
• Tracking and responding to customer feedback and complaints;
• Being extensively involved in the formulation and execution of a range of sales and marketing strategies;
• Being the interface with the digital marketing team to ensure that the Company maintains a consistent online presence;
• Building and leading a Business Development programs;
• Any other duties as maybe assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a passion for data driven sales and marketing;
• Candidate must have an undergraduate degree and a minimum of five years of work experience’
• The candidate must have strong qualitative and research skills; in addition to remarkable written and verbal communication skills;
• A candidate with a post-graduate qualification and/or a professional qualification would be preferred;
• Experience in the financial services sector would be a significant advantage;
