Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrator to manage financial records, bookkeeping, and office operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial management, smooth administrative operations, and efficient day-to-day running of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, petty cash, and assist with payroll.
  • Prepare and submit tax and statutory returns.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support general office administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ mandatory experience in bookkeeping, including QuickBooks Online.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage sensitive information professionally.
