Job Summary

To process Front Office transactions, process disbursements, prepare settlements and confirmations, data capturing, compile reports as well as preparing reconciliations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Checking, recording and confirmation Of Front Office transactions.
  • Maintaining security records for the bank.
  • Processing of Bank receipts and payments.
  • Processing loan disbursements.
  • Accounting for receipts, payments and taking custody of cash as and when necessary.
  • Data capturing and filing of all documents.
  • Preparation of the Banks daily cash flow position report.
  • Preparation of reports and other accounts reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of various bank and RBZ
  • Management and Statutory Returns.
  • Enquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 Levels including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts.
  • 2’A’levels.
  • Studying towards: Banking and Finance, Commercial Studies , Marketing
  • At least 3 years banking experience.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Fast and accurate at data capturing.
  • Honest, innovative, reliable and well groomed.
  • Good internal customer service standards.
  • Have good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
