Job description

• Generating quotations as per order from the Purchase policy
• liaising with user departments and supplier in the purchase process
• Ensuring, that purchases are in line with product requirements
• Compiling and raising purchase orders and requisitions
• Collecting, recording and issuing procured stock
• Comparing qua1ity standards, delivery time and prices
• Maintaining stock replenishing levels

Requirements of the Job

• Degree in Procurement/ purchasing/ Accounts
• 3 years purchasing experienced
• Possession of class 4 Driver’s lisence is an added advantage
