Duties And Responsibilities
Job Description
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10, 2016, Linux)
• Installation of configuration of Operating Systems,
• Knowledge of Basic Networking and troubleshooting,
• Experience with configuration of Internet Access Points,
• Knowledge of Database Systems and Administration,
• Programming (SQL, Java, Web Apps e.t.c),
• I.T Problems troubleshooting and fixing,
• Configuring and Connecting peripheral devices,
• General Appreciation of I.T.I.L Standards,
Experience and Qualification
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, e.t.c
• Networking certificate will be an added advantage,
• Linux certificate will be an added advantage,
• At least 2 years’ experience I.T in Tobacco industry
• Knowledge of Tobacco software’s and systems, a must
