Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above mentioned post which has arisen within the Marondera Rural District Council.

Qualifications and Attributes • A degree in Human Resources Management. • The candidate rnust have an IPMZ qualification. • Knowledge of Belina Payroll System an added advantage. • At Ieast 3 years experience in related environment. • Must be computer literate • At least 25 years of age.

Key Result Areas

• Assisting the EO Human Resources and Adrninistration in management of all Human Resources related issues. • Compiling training needs identified by various Cornmittees of Council. • Coordinating the compfittee meetings ond full council. • Preparing staff salaries on monthly basis. • Updating staff records on vacation leave days. • Preparing and submitting health staff returns on monthly basis. • Making support visits to all council clinics. • Assisting the EO HR and Administration in implementing health and educational programs.
