The Housing Hub Zw (pbc), a wholly owned Zimbabwean Company with Off campus Accomodation and related operations in several parts of Zimbabwe Invites applicants from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill in vacancies at our various provinces as Agents.

The agent will play a significant role in the building and day-to-day communications of the housing hub between and not limited to landlords and clients of The Housing Hub in Zimbabwe. As an agent you will be involved in due diligence, screening and administration of potential and current housing opportunities, whilst working with our team of provincial managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Meet up with landlords and encourage them to sign up with the housing hub.
•Attend to student requests for off campus accommodation queries.
•Represent the hub in outmost good faith.
•Actively involved in interacting with international clients and investors.
•Play a pivotal role in the acceptance/denial of off campus bookings (online)

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS

• Any University/College student from all provinces in Zimbabwe preferably part 3.2 and below
•Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
•Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented, and analytical
•Access to the internet and active on social media
• Strong team player and decisive individual judgement
• Exceptionally driven and motivated by long-term success
• Excellent interpersonal communication
