Administrative Officer (Masvingo)

A land developing company is urgently looking for an Administrative Officer for its Masvingo Office (residents of Masvingo preferred).

The person will act as the point of contact for our land company in Masvingo for all employees, clients, service providers and material suppliers. Responsibilities:

Act as point of contact for our office in Masvingo, keep, maintain the company’s real estate, – prepare regular financial and administratative reports eg expenses and office budgets- book keeping and general office and administration including recepting, banking and payments.- Assist in the mobilisation of plant and equipment on site.- coordinate at site work.- manage labour, plant equipment, stock on site.

Minimum qualifications.

– Diploma in a commercial field or related field

RequirementsAttributes-strong written and verbal communication skills.- ability to prepare budgets and tracking them acurately.-computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, Auto cad an added advantage.- experience in a land real estate/ property development environment will be an added advantage
