Key Responsibilities

• Ledger Oversight: Manage the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, ensuring all invoices are generated accurately and dispatched promptly.
• Collections Strategy: Proactively follow up on overdue accounts using a balance of persistence and professional diplomacy.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze to identify trends.
• Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit Support: Assist in month-end closing activities and provide documentation for internal/external audits.

Requirements

• Education: Class 2.1 Degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Experience: Exactly 2-3 years in an Accounts Receivable-focused role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle or Sage) and Advanced Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Accuracy: You have keen eyesight for numbers and attention to detail.
