Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill in the position of Accounts and Administration Assistant. This will be on fixed duration contract to be renewed from time to time.

PERSON AND ROLE SPECIFICATIONS• Cash book management ie, payments, receipts postings and reconciliations.

• Posting journals for intercompany payments; supplier invoices.

• Ensuring that all statutory returns are submitted within stipulated deadlines

• Generate and present weekly finance report

• Maintain proper filing of records, POPs and other related documents

• Reconciling supplier statements.

• Posting supplier invoices

• Energetic and high levels of integrity

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• First level degree in Accounting/ Finance from a recognised institution• Minimum of 2 years’ experience• Working knowledge of Pastel software and Ms word and excel• Should be a person of unquestionable integrity• Well-groomed and possess good customer service skills• Work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines • Adaptability to a constantly changing and growing environment• Ability to check invoice compliance with ZIMRA requirements• Ability to work under pressure and priorities • Good communication skills • Good time management skills • Ability to multitask
