Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join a company within the Digital Auction business. Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and supporting day to day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • a) Manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations.
  • b) Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
  • c) Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • d) Handle tax planning, filing and compliance.
  • e) Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • f) Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.
  • g) Support day to day financial operations of the company.

Requirements

  • a) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • b) Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage
  • c) Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting and finance
  • d) Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • e) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • f) Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
